Being a local family company, to work on such an institutional prestigious project was an honour. We were engaged to carry out a full turnkey operation and an experienced team was deployed using all internal departments, Construction/Joinery/Mechanical/Electrical.

The team encounter city centre sites regularly therefore managed the high volume footfall, Heavy plant movement and site constraints efficiently during the project. Techniquest had many technical challenges to manage, from Piling in close proximity to the Bute tunnels, Designing the unique the steel frame that wrapped the original building, Integrating all the internal services all whilst the building remained open to the public. The project was successfully handed over to the client to high standard and will be enjoyed by generations for years to come.
