Following the successful acquisition of the 28th & 29th floor of the Meridian Tower, Swansea our client S.A Brain wanted to partner with us on the restaurant fit out. The accolade of having refurbished the tallest restaurant was of great interest to us. The theme was to develop contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, create a unique atmosphere for their flagship restaurant with customers enjoying superb views across Swansea Bay and the Mumbles. There were some logistical issues associated with working on the tallest building in Wales and then add in the oval shape of the building meant a special eye for detail was required. We completed within budget and programme using all of our in house departments(Construction/Mechanical/Electrical/Joinery) to meet the unique challenges and quality finish of this prestigious project.
