Premier Inn wanted to maximise the potential at Tring and create additional rooms using the existing carpark, and were very keen to start our first extension with the project team. Tring consisted of a bolt on extension to the gable with traditional strip foundations, beam & block, timber frame. The additional 12 bedrooms were completed in within 18 week to a high standard.
