Premier Inn Chippenham extension consisted of constructing an eighteen bed extension, plant room and two linen rooms. The project incorporated multiple enabling phasing throughout the programme due to site constraints. The construction consisted of strip foundation, beam & block, timber frame and locally source sand stone external envelope to match the existing buildings, the project was completed within 21 weeks.
