The Harvester new build project in Herne Bay, Kent was a conventional new build contract on traditional strip foundations, beam & block floor slab, with traditional brick and block walling and a steel frame supporting structure. The building consisted of a large trade area with manager’s accommodation above. The project was handed over to Mitchells & Butlers on time demonstrating how our reputation for quality and performance throughout the UK was founded. The unit still trades well to this day confirming the success for all involved.
