Having recently completed the new build Hungry Horse in Brislington on programme, Greene King were keen to reform the team for ‘The Super Mare’.This was the first Hungry Horse developers shell fit out so a trusted team was essential. The developers completed the shell fit out in 28 weeks leaving us only 12 weeks to fit out and complete all trade areas along with two manager’s flats. Greene King’s preferred option was to engage us on a turnkey basis utilising all our in house departments. The site was located on the newly developed business park and Greene King were keen to start trading before the spring season. The conversion was successfully handed over to the client as per programme from empty shell to finished restaurant and to the high standards expected.
