Greene King

Greene King purchased the brownfield site in Swindon, next to the Motorola factory famously used in the James Bond Film “The World is not enough”. The project included a large cut and fill exercise throughout to obtain the desired levels, Gabion stone retaining walls with full services upgrade throughout third party land. The building was constructed with deep strip and piled foundations, with beam & block and traditional construction methods. The external envelope in timber clad, Brick and Render. All inhouse departments were contracted to deliver this project within programme to a high standard.
