David Lloyd were keen to convert some areas of its Dublin Club into more usable space for their members to enjoy and transform their old tennis courts into a DL Kids facility. Being located in Wales we were approached to be involved in the tender, and having worked with David Lloyd for some time we accepted. Once engaged to start on site we worked throughout all areas progressing steadily on our 9-week programme. Similarly, as with all David Lloyd sites the club remained open to the public 16hours a day. To ensure the programme was successfully achieved we utilised our in house departments along with our network of locally based contractors. Joinery that was manufactured in our joinery shop in Wales was ferried across the Irish Sea whilst management took to the skies to ensure the scheme was handed back to the client defects free and on programme.
