David Lloyd Cheam is a medium sized club that enjoys high trading levels, following the earlier success and revenue realised from the small DLicious restaurants that were trialled, the expansion scheme was given the green light to proceed in this larger sized club. G. Oakley & Sons were appointed to start demolition works to the existing restaurant and conference suites in readiness for the revised concept. An experienced team were deployed to manage the live site and work closely with all the direct contractors to ensure the quality and timescales were achieved safely and efficiently. The conversion was successfully handed over to the client as per our 7 week programme.
