Premier Inn Lockyer’s Quay is located in Plymouth on the Harbour wall. An Archaeology dig and UXO investigation formed part of the enabling works. Shortly after a Mag Cone test was carried out prior to any excavation works to establish the area was safe. CFA piling was completed within 7 days and the construction of the 24 new bedrooms, Linen room, Tea room, Plant room, refurbishment of 2nr bedrooms and reception area was completed within 24 weeks
