Loch Fyne Resturant, Cowbridge
Formally known as Mulligans, this landmark building on the A48 to Cowbridge was acquired by Loch Fyne fish restaurants.
The building had been left derelict for a number of years until the long awaited refurbishment proceeded. Consisting of complete refurbishment inside and out by G Oakley & Sons in spring 2008 at a cost of £580,000.00 with a contract programme over 14 weeks.
