The Blue Ball, Sidford
G Oakley & Sons completed a full refurbishment of the historic Blue Ball Inn at Sidford in East Devon at a cost of £1.8 million for Punch Taverns.
There has been an Inn on this site since 1385 with many updated since then.
Restoration of the Blue Ball
On March 18 2006 the pub was unfortunately engulfed in fire. The fire damage was so severe we had to demolish & rebuild the whole building including 9 delightful en-suite bedrooms.
The development received high praise and awards for the grade 1 listed building.
